Time is running out for locals to have their say on the proposed development of Mandurah's Western Foreshore that would see the King Carnival site replaced with a microbrewery, mini golf course and chocolate factory.

Operators of Shelter Brewing Co in Busselton, Left Coast Leisure Group Pty Ltd (LCLG), were the City of Mandurah's preferred proponent for the site.

LCLG has proposed a "family-friendly, inclusive and accessible entertainment precinct for locals and visitors, activated from day to night, seven days per week, while creating accessible and welcoming venues that take in the incredible waterfront views".

New attractions and experiences will include a family-friendly hospitality venue and microbrewery, a naturally contoured 18-hole mini golf course, a club house and café and a chocolate factory.

Residents have until Friday, July 26 to provide feedback via the Mandurah Matters website.

The Council will then consider the public comments at a meeting on August 27.
