The Western Force won a thrilling clash over the South African Cheetahs in Game 3 of the Toyota Challenge at Mandurah's Lane Group Stadium on Friday.
It was neck-and-neck the entire game, but it was the Force who managed to hang onto the lead in the final minutes, winning 30-27 in front of thousands of local fans.
Force hooker Tom Horton was named player of the match after a strong display.
The victory means the Force are now 2-1 down in the four-game Toyota Challenge series.
Game 4 will get underway at Claremont's Revo Fitness Stadium on Saturday October 7 at 3pm.
